If the DVD seal/shrink-wrap package is OPENED, and you find that your item is damaged or defective, we ask you to indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would like a full refund or a replacement item sent to you.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) as well as the postage for your replacement item.
You may return a new, UNOPENED DVD that was purchased through this website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, you will need to pay the return postage.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Following the above guidelines, if you need to return an item, simply email us at or call (330) 221-0266 with the reason for the return, and we will send you a return authorization number. You should expect to receive your refund/replacement within four weeks of our receiving your returned DVD.
